Stability and autonomy
For individuals struggling with specific challenges like unemployment, homelessness, social isolation, or substantial debt due to addiction, MEDIAN offers individuals who have finished an initial inpatient programme, adaptive treatment. This serves as the second phase of medical rehabilitation, following on seamlessly from the initial treatment phase, either within hospital or in a therapy. The primary goal of this adaptation phase is to facilitate continued recovery and abstinence while preparing individuals for self-sufficient living, encompassing stable employment. Following the adaptation phase, individuals have access to outpatient aftercare services or assistance through outpatient assisted living programs.
